Thousands of people want to work in Bitcoin. Many don’t know where they fit.

“I really want to work in Bitcoin... I just don’t know where I fit. And I’m not a developer.”

This is something we hear from Bitcoiners all the time.

The good news?

You don’t need to be a developer to build your career in Bitcoin. Our Bitcoin Job Market Reports have consistently shown that more than half of all Bitcoin jobs are non-technical.

Whether your background is in finance, marketing, operations, design, education, customer support, or sales, you have valuable skills.

You just need clarity on where those skills fit in the Bitcoin industry, and once you’ve figured that out, you need to work on your Findability.

Introducing Bitvocation’s Bitcoin Career Compass

After almost three years of analysing the Bitcoin job market and reviewing thousands of Bitcoin job listings, we’ve built a free tool to help you answer one simple question:

Where do I fit in Bitcoin?

All you have to do is answer four questions about your strengths, talents and interests. Our assessment tool then identifies the Bitcoin roles you’re best suited for and immediately shows you matching current openings, helping you find the signal amongst the noise.

But that’s only half of it.

The Career Compass also generates a Bitcoin-optimized summary that you can copy and paste straight into your LinkedIn “About” section.

Recruiters don’t search LinkedIn for “passionate Bitcoiner.” They search for people with specific skills who also mention the keyword Bitcoin. The Career Compass helps you describe your experience using language that makes you easier to discover.

Because finding the right role is only part of the challenge.

Being findable by the companies looking for someone like you is what ultimately gets you hired. And Findability is what we’re all about at Bitvocation.

If you’re ready to discover where your skills fit in Bitcoin and become more visible to Bitcoin employers, give the Career Compass a try.
