The Hardest Part About Becoming Findable Isn’t Your CV or Portfolio. It’s This.
There’s good news and bad news…
If there’s one lesson that Jobtober has made crystal clear, it’s this:
The hardest part about becoming findable isn’t writing a better CV or building a portfolio.
It’s daring to become visible.
Our ego can be very convincing.
“What will people think if I post this?”
“What if it’s not good enough?”
“What if I’m not good enough?”
The Good News
People don’t care as much as you think.
When you’re starting out, hardly anyone will see what you post.
So go ahead — experiment, mess up, and grow without pressure.
The Bad News
People don’t care as much as you think.
It’s the same fact — but your reaction to it makes all the difference.
When you’re proud and hoping for engagement and all you get is crickets — that’s disappointing.
When you’re nervous and afraid of criticism but nobody notices — that’s relief.
Same outcome. Different feeling.
The truth is: it’s quite a lot of work to get people to notice your content.
Ask anyone who’s ever built a following online — they all started somewhere.
And you’re not even trying to get thousands of followers.
You just want to be visible to the right people:
the few recruiters in the Bitcoin space,
the founders,
the other Bitcoiners building cool things.
So there’s no reason to be afraid.
Bitcoiners are the most supportive community there is.
They love finding new people to follow and talk Bitcoin with.
Their LinkedIn feed might be so boring and cringe…
and here you are — full of insights and ideas about Bitcoin, keeping them all to yourself?
While you could be making their feed better, smarter, more orange?
That’s not what a good Bitcoin node does.
A good node exchanges information. 🙂
So stop waiting for the perfect post or the perfect moment.
Start. Now.

Fear is holding too many people back.
Apart from one or two participants - the people who overcame that fear during Jobtober, were the ones inside the POW Lab — because they had emotional support, accountability, and a group cheering them on.
Need confidence and courage to show up more? That’s exactly what the POW Lab is here for.
🔧 The POW Lab Is Evolving
Jobtober revealed how powerful a structured programme, accountability, and community can be.
While Jobtober will wrap up this week, the 21 Findability Lessons will live on —
becoming an essential part of the POW Lab journey, guiding every new member through their first six months in the programme.
Because findability isn’t a one-time challenge.
It’s a practice.
🧭 A Sneak Peek
The POW Lab is getting a major makeover in the background.
Here’s a little preview of what things will look like soon for members 👇
We’ll be rolling this out over the next few days to current POW Lab members —
and then launching it publicly soon. (This was built by one of our community members. Hit us up if you need a recommendation :))
⚡ Early Adopter Secret
Still reading? Then this secret may be important for you!
Since the POW Lab is evolving, we may also be raising the membership fee soon.
This will be properly announced - with advance notice - but until then, not only can you still join at the early adopter price of 88,888 sats (valid for six months). Even better — just like our existing POW Lab members, you’ll lock in this price for all future renewals forever.
That’s our thank-you for being an early supporter.
🧡 Thank you for being part of the Bitvocation community.
If you’re participating in Jobtober, we hope you’re enjoying it and you make the most of the final days this week!
