👥 Tell at least one person today what you do, what you’re great at, and what you’re looking for. It doesn’t matter if it’s your mom, your partner, your hairdresser… or an actual Bitcoin recruiter 😉
It doesn’t matter if you share it in person, drop a voice note in a group chat, or publish a short video on social media.
Here’s a simple formula you can use:
I am a [job title / profession].
My passion is / I’m great at [your unique strength].
I’m looking for [the kind of role or project you want].
The value I provide: [the benefit for the employer or client].
💡 Example 1:
“I’m a designer. My passion is making complex ideas simple through visuals. I’d love to join a Bitcoin startup as their first in-house designer, so we can build a brand so recognizable that adoption becomes effortless.”
💡 Example 2:
“I’m a project manager. I’m great at organizing remote teams and shipping on time. I’d love to help a Bitcoin company streamline their operations, so their team can focus on building the next layer of freedom tech instead of fighting fires.”
💡 Example 3:
“I’m a writer. I love turning technical topics into clear, engaging stories. I’d love to create content for a Bitcoin education platform, so more people can onboard confidently and spread Bitcoin to their communities.”
🗣️ Say it out loud. To someone. Anyone.
See how it feels. Hear yourself saying it. Practice until it sounds natural, not forced.
There’s not need to learn this by heart. Just try and remember all four parts, no matter in which order you say them.
